Tribunal may determine maximum bond

33. Tribunal may determine maximum bond

On an application under section 32, the Tribunal may make an order determining
the maximum amount of bond payable if it considers that it is reasonable to
increase the bond having regard to-

   (a)  the character, condition or quality of the goods, furniture or
        fittings let or provided under the tenancy agreement or proposed
        tenancy agreement; and

   (b)  the character and condition of the rented premises.
