RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 324A
Application for possession order by site owner(1) A site owner may apply to the Tribunal for a possession order for a Part 4A site if the site owner has given the site tenant a notice to vacate the Part 4A site.
(2) A site owner may apply to the Tribunal for a possession order if the site tenant has given the site owner a notice of intention to vacate the Part 4A site.
