Notice to vacate for no specified reason

263. Notice to vacate for no specified reason



(1) A landlord may give a tenant a notice to vacate rented premises without
specifying a reason for the giving of the notice.

(2) The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 120 days
after the date on which the notice is given.
