Application for exemption

24. Application for exemption



(1) A landlord or tenant may apply to the Tribunal for an order declaring that
a provision of this Act does not apply to the tenancy agreement.



(2) A rooming house owner, a caravan park owner, a caravan owner or a resident
may apply to the Tribunal for an order declaring that a provision of this Act
(other than Part 14) does not apply to the applicant.
