Application for compensation or compliance order for breach of duty (1) If a breach of duty notice is not complied with, the person who gave it may apply to the Tribunal for a compensation order or a compliance order. (2) Subject to section 105 of the Fair Trading Act 1999, the Director may make an application under this section on behalf of the person who gave the notice without that person's consent.
