RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 206ZU
Quiet enjoyment—site owner's duty(1) A site owner must not unreasonably restrict or interfere with the privacy, peace and quiet or proper use and enjoyment of a Part 4A dwelling, Part 4A site and communal facilities by a site tenant.
(2) A site owner must not unreasonably restrict or interfere with a site tenant's occupation of a Part 4A dwelling.
