What if damage is caused during entry?

S. 205(1) substituted by No. 45/2018 s. 174.

    (1)     If a caravan park owner or the caravan owner, or that person's agent, exercises a right of entry under section 199 or 200, a resident of a caravan park may apply to the Tribunal for an order for compensation if any person causes damage to or loss of the resident's goods in the caravan or on the site.

    (2)     If an application is made under subsection (1), the Tribunal

        (a)     may make an order for payment of any compensation that it thinks fit if it is satisfied that damage was caused to the resident's goods in the caravan or on the site; or

        (b)     may refuse to make an order.
