RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 202

A person exercising a right of entry under this Division—

        (a)     must do so in a reasonable manner; and

        (b)     must not stay in the caravan or on the site longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry without the resident's consent.
