RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 142A
Offence relating to entering room occupied by residentA rooming house operator or a rooming house operator's agent must not, without reasonable excuse, enter a room occupied by a resident otherwise than in accordance with this Division.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
