RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 139

A notice requiring entry must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

S. 139(b) amended by No. 45/2018 s. 359(2).

        (b)     state why the rooming house operator or the rooming house operator's agent wishes to enter; and

        (c)     be given—

              (i)     by post; or

              (ii)     by delivering it personally to the resident between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
