9. Declaration of an alcohol and drug control law of another State or
Territory to be corresponding law

The Minister, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may declare a law
of another State or a Territory of the Commonwealth that creates an offence
substantially similar to an offence created by section 76(1) to be a
corresponding law.
