8. Approval of person to take blood samples for the purposes of Part 6

The Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine Director may, in writing, approve
a person to take blood samples for the purposes of Part 6 if he or she is of
the opinion that the person has the appropriate qualifications, training and
experience to take such samples.
