75. Entry into residential premises not allowed without a warrant

For the avoidance of doubt it is declared that nothing in this Part, or
Division 4B of Part VII of the Transport Act 1983, requires a person who is in
residential premises to allow a transport safety officer or a member of the
police force to enter that premises without a warrant.
