When a rail safety worker is not to be taken to be impaired

72. When a rail safety worker is not to be taken to be impaired

For the purposes of sections 79 and 80, a rail safety worker is not to be
taken to be impaired unless his or her behaviour or appearance is such as to
give rise to a reasonable suspicion that he or she is unable to carry out rail
safety work properly.
