Definitions

70. Definitions

In this Part-

accident means an occurrence on a railway that involves the death or injury of
a person or damage to property arising out of the operation of rolling stock;

irregular incident means an occurrence on a railway that is not an accident
but involves a breach of the operating rules or procedures of the railway.
