How long accreditation lasts

47. How long accreditation lasts



(1) An accreditation remains in force until-

   (a)  it is cancelled or surrendered; or

   (b)  the expiry of any period of time specified by the Safety Director
        under section 59(3)(b)(iii) (for disciplinary reasons).

(2) The Safety Director may give a temporary accreditation for a period of
less than 12 months.
