Accreditation following direction

41. Accreditation following direction

Despite section 40(d), the Safety Director may accredit a rolling stock
operator in respect of the rolling stock operations the rolling stock operator
carries out even though the rolling stock operator does not have the agreement
referred to in section 40(d) if the Safety Director has directed the rolling
stock operator under section 42 to give effect to any arrangements specified
by the Safety Director.
