ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 9AF
Transfer of registrationThe Secretary may transfer a motor vehicle or trailer registration which was directed not to be transferred by virtue of section 9AE when the Secretary receives a relevant notification from the Director, Fines Victoria under section 91 of the Fines Reform Act 2014 .
