Transfer of registration

9AF. Transfer of registration

The Corporation may transfer a motor vehicle or trailer registration which was
directed not to be transferred by virtue of section 9AE when the Corporation
receives notification from the sheriff in accordance with section 115 or 117
of the Infringements Act 2006 as the case requires.
