Unofficial breath analysing instruments

84A. Unofficial breath analysing instruments

Evidence of the taking of a test indicating the presence or concentration of
alcohol in the blood or breath of a person by a breath analysing instrument
installed in any licensed premises under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998,
or of the results of that test, is inadmissible in any court or tribunal in
any proceedings, whether civil or criminal.
