Offence to sell certain breath analysing instruments
74A. Offence to sell certain breath analysing instruments
A person must not sell a breath analysing instrument of a type which is
specified in Australian Standard 3547-Breath Alcohol Testing Devices for
Personal Use, published by the Standards Association of Australia, as amended
from time to time, unless the instrument complies with that Standard. Penalty:
20 penalty units.
