Prohibition on drivers of heavy vehicles exceeding speed limit by 35km/h or more

65B. Prohibition on drivers of heavy vehicles exceeding speed limit by 35km/h
or more

A driver of a heavy vehicle must not drive the heavy vehicle at a speed that
exceeds the speed limit for the length of road where the driver is driving by
35 km per hour or more. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
