Definition

47A. Definition



(1) In this Part-

corresponding law means a law of another State or a Territory that is declared
to be a corresponding law under subsection (2).

(2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, declare a
law of another State or Territory, including a law that has been repealed or
has expired, to be a corresponding law for the purposes of this Part.
