Disqualified person must not apply for licence or permit

28B. Disqualified person must not apply for licence or permit





(1) A person who is disqualified from obtaining a driver licence or permit
under this Act or the Infringements Act 2006 must not apply for or obtain a
licence or permit.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) A licence or permit so obtained is of no effect.
