23A. Information to be given to applicants for licences or permits

The Corporation must ensure that an applicant for a driver licence or a
learner permit is informed at the time of making the application that any
information given or document submitted in connection with the application, or
a copy of such a document, may be disclosed or used for investigation, law
enforcement and other purposes in accordance with section 92.
