Variation of driver licences
20. Variation of driver licences
(1) The holder of a driver licence who satisfies the Corporation that he or
she is qualified to drive a category of motor vehicle in addition to any
category indicated in his or her licence may on application to the Corporation
have that licence varied to include that additional category.
(2) An application for a licence variation may be made, granted or refused
only in accordance with the regulations.
(3) The Corporation may, before granting a licence variation, require the
applicant-
(a) to pass any appropriate tests and to undergo any appropriate training;
and
(b) to comply with any prescribed procedures and requirements; and
(c) to satisfy it that he or she-
(i) has held a driver licence for the period determined by the
Corporation; and
(ii) has had adequate driving experience; and
(iii) has attained the age specified by the Corporation.
