ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 168
Person must comply with a direction and conditions(1) A person must not refuse or fail to comply with a direction made under this Division.
Penalty: 300 penalty units, in the case of a corporation;
60 penalty units, in any other case.
(2) A person must not refuse or fail to comply with any condition imposed by an inspector in relation to a direction or authorisation given under this Division.
Penalty: 300 penalty units, in the case of a corporation;
60 penalty units, in any other case.
