ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 145
Use of assistants and equipment(1) An inspector may exercise a power under this Part with the aid of any assistants and equipment that the inspector considers necessary.
(2) A power that may be exercised by an inspector under this Part may be exercised by an assistant authorised by the inspector.
(3) This section does not apply to a search under a search warrant.
