ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 113

This Division applies to a heavy vehicle that is—

        (a)     on any highway; or

        (b)     in or on any public place; or

        (c)     in or on any premises—

              (i)     occupied or owned by the Head, Transport for Victoria or by any other public authority; or

              (ii)     occupied by the Secretary or the Department; or

        (d)     in or on any premises that an inspector is authorised to enter under Division 3 or 4; or

        (e)     in or on any other place, but only if the vehicle has entered that place as the immediate result of it being involved in an accident on or near a highway.
