Inconsistent regulations or by-laws

100. Inconsistent regulations or by-laws

If by a regulation made under any Act or by a local law made by a municipal
council under any Act a provision is made that is inconsistent with a
provision of this Act or the regulations made under this Act or the rules, the
provision made by the regulation or local law is, to the extent of the
inconsistency, of no force or effect.
