Rights of owners and occupiers of adjoining land

9. Rights of owners and occupiers of adjoining land



(1) An owner or occupier of any land which adjoins a road is entitled as of
right to access the road from that land.

(2) Rights of access conferred by this section or at common law are subject to
any restrictions, limitations or conditions which may be specified by or under
this Act or any other Act or law.
