Road Management Act 2004 - SECT 87

Complaints

87. Complaints



(1) Any person may complain to the relevant road authority about the exercise
of a power by an authorised officer under this Act.

(2) The relevant road authority must-

   (a)  investigate any complaint made to the relevant road authority; and

   (b)  provide a written report to the complainant on the results of the
        investigation.
