Refusal or failure to comply with requirement or direction
80. Refusal or failure to comply with requirement or direction
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with
any lawful requirement or direction of an authorised officer under this Act.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
