Authorised officer's identity card

72. Authorised officer's identity card



(1) The relevant road authority must issue an identity card to each authorised
officer.

(2) An identity card must-

   (a)  set out the name of the authorised officer and contain a photograph of
        the authorised officer to whom it is issued;

   (b)  set out the name of the relevant road authority which has appointed
        the authorised officer;

   (c)  contain information about the complaints process under section 87.
