Compliance with conditions of written consent

65. Compliance with conditions of written consent



(1) A person must comply with the conditions to which a written consent under
clause 16 of Schedule 7 is subject.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 10 penalty units; In the case of a
body corporate, 50 penalty units.

(2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence under this section if the
person proves that the person had a reasonable excuse for the failure to
comply.
