Failure to give notice

64. Failure to give notice



(1) An infrastructure manager or works manager must comply with clause 13 of
Schedule 7.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 5 penalty units; In the case of a
body corporate, 25 penalty units.

(2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence under this section if the
person proves that the person had a reasonable excuse for the failure to
comply.
