Availability of road management plan

55. Availability of road management plan



(1) Upon the making of a road management plan, the road authority must cause
notice of-

   (a)  the making of the road management plan; and

   (b)  the place where copies of the road management plan may be inspected or
        obtained-

to be published in the Government Gazette and in a newspaper generally
circulating in the area in which the roads to which the road management plan
is to apply are situated.

(2) There must be published with a notice under subsection (1) or a notice of
an amendment under section 53(2), a notice stating that the Code of Practice,
any incorporated document or any amendment to an incorporated document, as the
case may be, may be inspected at the office of the road authority specified in
the notice.
