48N. Information to be provided by a municipal council

If a municipal council installs, removes or relocates a bus shelter, seat or
hardstand located at, or in the immediate vicinity of, a bus stopping point,
the municipal council must within 28 days notify the Secretary of the location
of the bus stopping point and the action that has been taken.
