Resolution of disputes

48L. Resolution of disputes

Any dispute arising under section 48J between the Secretary and a road
authority is to be determined by the Minister for Public Transport, the
Minister responsible for the coordinating road authority and the Minister
responsible for the responsible road authority or their respective nominees.
