48K. Offence in relation to removal, demolition or relocation



(1) A person must not without obtaining the consent of the Secretary-

   (a)  remove or relocate a bus stopping point; or

   (b)  remove, demolish or relocate any bus stop infrastructure installed
        under section 48J.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 10 penalty units; In the case of a
body corporate, 50 penalty units.

(2) This section is in addition to any other requirements which may apply
under clause 16 of Schedule 7.
