Application of Division

48I. Application of Division



(1) This Division does not limit the application of any other provisions of
this Act which apply generally in relation to infrastructure and works on
roads.

(2) The Secretary must comply with the requirements of clause 16 of Schedule 7
before conducting any proposed works in the exercise of the powers conferred
on the Secretary under this Division.
