46A. Specific duties and powers in relation to street lighting

Schedule 7A has effect. Note However, see section 35, which provides that
Schedules 1 to 7A do not affect the functions and powers conferred upon a road
authority by this Act or any other Act. Also see section 15, which provides
that a road authority may enter into an arrangement to transfer a road
management function, and section 121, which provides that a road authority may
enter into an agreement to conduct additional works.
