ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 141

An officer or employee of VicRoads who has been authorised by VicRoads under section 71(1) before the commencement day to be an authorised officer, and whose authorisation is in effect immediately before that day, is taken, on that day, to be an authorised officer authorised by the Secretary.
