RETAIL LEASES ACT 2003 - SECT 16
Lease must be in writing and signed(1) A landlord or tenant must not enter into a retail premises lease that is not in writing and signed by all of the parties to it.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A failure to comply with this section does not make the retail premises lease illegal, invalid or unenforceable.
