Who may take proceedings?

50. Who may take proceedings?

Proceedings under this Act or the regulations may be taken by-

   (a)  the Board; or

   (b)  the Director; or

   (c)  any person authorised by the Board or the Director either generally or
        in a particular case; or

   (d)  an authorised officer.
