ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS ACT 1991 - SECT 43

The Director—

        (a)     is the Board's chief executive officer; and

        (b)     is subject to the direction of the Board; and

        (c)     has the day to day control and management of the botanic gardens, managed lands, the State botanical collection and the other property for which the Board is responsible.
