ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS ACT 1991 - SECT 22
Notice where land ceases to be managed land(1) The Board may surrender to the Crown any land which it owns, whether it is managed land or not.
(2) As soon as possible after land owned by the Board ceases to be managed land, the Board must publish notice of the fact in the Government Gazette.
