ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS ACT 1991 - SECT 15
Services(1) The Board may provide or arrange for the provision of restaurant or refreshment services or services of any other kind at the botanic gardens or on managed land despite anything in the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 or any Order in Council reserving the land.
(2) Those services must be consistent with the objectives of this Act and the functions of the Board.
