Liability of person who authorises or assists

16. Liability of person who authorises or assists

If, as a result of a person doing any of the things specified in section 15,
the other person contravenes a provision of this Part-

   (a)  a complaint about the contravention may be lodged against either or
        both of those persons; and

   (b)  for the purposes of the complaint, both of them must be taken to have
        contravened the provision.
