Appointment of administrator

21. Appointment of administrator



(1) If it appears to the Minister that the Trust is unlikely to be able to pay
its debts as they fall due, the Minister may by instrument appoint an
administrator to carry out the functions of the Trust.

(2) An administrator is appointed on the terms and conditions determined by
the Minister.

(3) An administrator-

   (a)  assumes full control of and responsibility for the operations of the
        Trust; and

   (b)  must conduct the operations of the Trust in accordance with this Act.
