Vacancies, resignations, removal from office

10. Vacancies, resignations, removal from office



(1) The office of a member becomes vacant if the member-

   (a)  becomes bankrupt; or

   (b)  is convicted of an indictable offence or of an offence which, if
        committed in Victoria, would be an indictable offence; or

   (c)  is absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the Trust without the prior
        leave of the Trust.

(2) A member may resign by notice in writing delivered to the Minister.

(3) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may remove
a member, or all members, from office.
